Dr. Montilla received his Medical Degree from George Washington University in 1992. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington Hospital Center in 1996. After practicing in the Washington D.C. area for 19 years, Dr. Montilla is proud to call it home. Dr. Montilla is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics/Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He has advanced training in minimally invasive surgery and received recognition as a Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology (COEMIG) surgeon in 2014. Dr. Montilla can speak multiple languages including English, Spanish and Tagalog. He lives in Arlington with his dog, Morgan.
Dr. Thiara completed his residency at Bridgeport Hospital in affiliation with the highly esteemed Yale University School of Medicine. In his postgraduate medical training, Dr. Thiara worked intently under the supervision of many highly skilled physicians and surgeons. During his training, Dr. Thiara worked pertinaciously with his mentor, Dr. Masoud Azodi, The Chief of Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery and Associate Chair of Gynecological Oncology at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Thiara practices general Obstetrics and Gynecology with an emphasis on Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery including DaVinci Robotic Surgery. He is a recipient of the 2011 Outstanding Laparoendoscopic Surgeon Award from the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons. In 2014, Dr. Thiara became amongst the first Center Of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology (COEMIG) designated surgeons across the nation. Dr. Thiara is well versed in endometrial ablative procedures, hysteroscpic sterilizations, urodynamic evaluations and urethal sling procedures. His interests lie in the management of adnexal masses, endometriosis, urinary incontinence, infertility, uterine fibroids and cosmetic surgery. He is fluent in 4 languages including Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and visiting some of the best restaurants in Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC.
Dr. Felicia Donald has been practicing for over 25 years. She attended Catholic University and received a B.A. in Chemistry. Then she obtained a M.S. in Physiology at Georgetown University. She obtained her Medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1982. Her residency in OB/GYN was completed at East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C... She has delivered thousands of babies in Northern Virginia and her goal is to give the best prenatal care for her patients. She works closely with a midwife group form Manassas and will work with patients that desire low intervention in the birthing process. She also is a minimally invasive trained surgeon and has a designation as a COMEIG surgeon. at Fair Oaks Hospital. She has also been trained in the DaVinci Robot for complex surgical cases.
Dr. Deborah Bowers is a Board Certified OB/GYN who received a B.S. in Nursing from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and her Medical Degree from University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont. She completed her residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland, and chose OB/GYN as a specialty after completing a general rotation at a dormitory for pregnant women at Indian Health Service hospital in Dillingham, Alaska. Dr. Bowers is licensed in Virginia and considered a leader in women’s health in North Virginia.
